How to place an order?To place an order, select size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag or buy it directly. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy”. After payment for the order, you can send an e-mail for personalization of the dimensions of your project within an hour.

How will I know if you received an order?After making a purchase on our page, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.

How can I cancel my order?If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

How do I track my order?Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped with DHL/UPS/DPD. You can also track your package by entering your tracking number directly at the shipping service's website.

How do I collect my order?All orders are shipped with DHL/UPS/DPD and require a signature upon delivery.

When will i receive my order?The regular processing time is up to 10-16 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. You should have your order within 30 days from placing the order. The delivery time may differ depending on the country.

How much do I pay for shipping?Our delivery cost may differ depending on value of your order and the currency in which you wish to pay. Please see Shipping section to check delivery costs.

What payment methods do you accept?Wiktoria Frankowska Studio accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express Payment is debited from your card once you place the order Paypal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed.

When will I be charged?You will be charge when you place your order.

How do I return or exchange on item?You can return any not personalized item purchased on www.wiktoriafrankowska.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item. If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below: Orders in the EU Please notify us on wfstudio.contact@gmail.com providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address: WF STUDIO Słowackiego 5/13/133 01592 Warszawa POLSKA Orders outside the EU Please notify us on wfstudio.contact@gmail.com providing your order’s number, we will then issue a proforma invoice, which has to be attached to your return. Put the original invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package. Affix the proforma invoice (the one you received via email) on the outside of the package. When do I get my refund?Merchandise returned to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
